TrueNorth Soccer is a movement to inspire, train, and empower the next generation of soccer players on and off the field. Founded with a heart for service and a love for the game, TrueNorth Soccer exists to create a space where young athletes can grow in skill, character, and confidence — all while being part of something bigger than themselves.

We believe soccer is a powerful tool for building discipline, teamwork, and leadership — and we use that tool to impact lives. Through high-quality coaching, a positive environment, and a focus on community, TrueNorth Soccer helps players discover their full potential while staying grounded in purpose and passion.

WILLIAM BRYAN

Experience:

With more than two decades of soccer experience, including three years at the Division I level with Lipscomb University, I’ve honed my skills and gained a comprehensive knowledge of the game. My journey has also included time with semi-professional teams and the opportunity to compete alongside players and coaches who have gone on to successful careers in the MLS and overseas, enriching my perspective on high-level competition.

LEVI JONES

Experience:

My soccer journey has been shaped by high-level competition and invaluable experiences. I played two years of college soccer, where I developed my skills and gained a deeper understanding of the game. I also had the opportunity to train with MLS 2 teams, exposing me to a professional training environment and elevating my tactical awareness. Additionally, I spent a summer competing in USL 2, where I faced top-tier talent and further refined my abilities. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of playing alongside professional players, which has given me firsthand insight into the demands of the game and inspired me to continually push myself to higher levels.

NOAH KUMP

Experience:

I am a Junior at Lipscomb University majoring in Marketing. My hometown is Wake Forest, North Carolina and I’ve been playing soccer since the age of four. I have experience playing soccer at multiple Division 1 universities; USC Upstate and currently Lipscomb University. I also have played in USL League Two and NPSL during the summer seasons. I understand what drive and determination it takes to make it and compete at this level. I am very passionate about being able to help others with their journey on the field and provide high-level goalkeeping knowledge and training for those who are looking to continue to grow on and off the field. I would love the opportunity to continue to help you reach your full potential.

True North and Coach Levi Jones have been a true blessing in the life of my son, Caleb. From a soccer perspective, Levi met Caleb right where he was and quickly developed a training plan to enhance his strengths and improve his weaknesses. Every session, Levi brings energy, a positive attitude, and a plan. He is always prepared with drills that challenge Caleb both mentally and physically. He makes training fun, but he also sets the expectation that hard work is required. The work Levi has invested in Caleb has made him a better player on the pitch but also a better young man off it. The coaches at True North truly care about the whole person, not just the athlete. Caleb and Levi have a special bond, and it has been so fun to see their relationship develop over the last year. I can't recommend True North enough!

I was introduced to Noah in late 2024 and have been thoroughly impressed since our very first meeting. He leads by both voice and example on the pitch, excelling not only as a player but also as a dedicated and knowledgeable keeper coach.
